Dental loupes are specially designed magnifying glasses worn by dentists during treatment. Our loupes provide 7.5× magnification, meaning the treatment area appears around seven and a half times larger, allowing us to see structures in much greater detail.
To the naked eye, many parts of a tooth can look smooth and simple. With 7.5× magnification, we can see finer details, such as tiny cracks, small openings and subtle changes, that may not be visible otherwise.

With 7.5× LoupesFiner details become visibleImagine trying to thread a needle. You can see the needle easily, but the tiny hole is difficult to see without getting closer or using magnification. Dentistry often involves working with similarly small structures.
Small spaces need a closer lookMagnification can be helpful in many areas of dentistry, including:
Root canals can be very narrow, curved and sometimes difficult to locate. Magnification helps us clearly inspect the inside of the tooth, all the canals (including additional canals like MB2) and work with greater precision.
